Buon Anniversario Italia!
Happy Anniversary Italy! On March 17th, Italy celebrated the 150th anniversary of its unification. The streets were absolutely packed here in Florence and the Palazzo Vecchio (Old Palace), the town hall, was decked out to reflect the day. Flags were flying everywhere and many activities were planned around the city.

Firenze di Notte
Florence at night… Last night after dinner outside (portable heaters still needed), we took a nice night time stroll through the center of Florence. The streets are so well lit and filled with people just enjoying the scenery, you feel instantly relaxed and comfortable. I have included some pics I took with just my iPhone…
